This week I asked a question about work in the SAD forum. It was an open-ended question about how you deal with work and SAD, whether work is an escape or a challenge, and generally what your thoughts are about working with SAD.
One of the themes that I am noticing is that some people find structured situations such as public speaking or work arrangements easier to deal with than unstructured social occasions.
