Just Talk

In the early 1970's a psychiatrist told me all I needed to do to overcome my shyness, SAD, was just talk. So we would sit in his office looking at each other and I attempted to carry a conversation. This was in a large city also.

My Doctor

My doctor was an idiot who I hated. He didn't listen to me, he just brushed me off. I first took antidepressants when I was 15. He never talked about aniexty and I never understood what was happening in my head. I'm now 23 and I am so confused, I just want it to stop.
